Rental conditions

General rental conditions for motorhomes.
These rental conditions form an integral part of the rental agreement. All rental relationships begin when the vehicle is picked up and end when
the vehicle is returned to the lessor. If the vehicle cannot be returned due to various problems at the agreed time, the lessor must be informed immediately by telephone (0039 329 4655706).
Driver: The driver of the motorhome must be over 21 years of age and have held a valid B driving license for at least 2 years. The rental agreement refers to the lessee who is also the driver.

Each second driver must be mentioned in the rental agreement. Hiring to third parties is strictly prohibited. A copy of the driver’s license and the drivers’ identity card must be left with the lessor. .
Beginning of the rental period: The exact pick-up time will be agreed in advance.
End of rental: The exact time of return of the vehicle is indicated on the rental agreement. In case of late return, the lessee will be charged €50.00 per hour additional.
If the lessor suffers damage due to the delayed return of the vehicle, he reserves the right to
claim damages from the tenant. In case of early return, the lessee has no right to any compensation.
If the vehicle is returned on time, intact and clean inside, the deposit will be returned to the customer immediately.
Any damages will be invoiced according to the return protocol.

Delivery of the vehicle by the renter: It is delivered clean and ready to drive, with the
full tank of fuel. The lessee is responsible for filling the oil, water etc. second
need. The vehicle entrusted to him will be used with the utmost care and driven in compliance with the regulations
legal provisions. The renter assumes full responsibility for any infringement.
Renter’s return conditions: At the time of return, if there is damage, a report will be prepared

Annulment:
if the customer cancels a reservation, the advance received will be returned in the following ways:
up to 60 days before the start of the rental, the advance received will be refunded in full
59-30 days before the start of the rental, 10% of the advance received will be returned
29-15 days before the start of the rental, 5% of the advance received will be returned
14-20 days before the start of the rental, the advance received will not be returned.
Insurance: All rented vehicles are covered by civil liability insurance and total accidental damage
(deductible € 1,000.00 per claim). In all cases, the deductible must be borne by the tenant, as well
such as damages refused by the insurance (gross negligence, alcohol, failure to respect the height of the vehicle,
incorrect refueling, etc. All rented vehicles have European mobility insurance. This
it only affects vehicles and does not apply to occupants.
Damages / repairs: At the time of return, if the vehicle returns with damages, a damage report will be prepared. The

care and comply with regulations at all times. In the event of a breakdown, the lessee is obligated to do everything
in its power to limit the damage as much as possible.
Liability of the landlord: The landlord is not liable to the tenant or third parties for
any accident that occurs during the rental period. The landlord is also not responsible for
damage caused to the renter due to a defect in the vehicle which prevents the renter from continuing the journey
or cause a waste of time. If, for reasons beyond the control of the lessor, the rented vehicle
can not be put in order between the conclusion of the contract and the beginning of the rental period, the lessor
undertakes to organize a replacement vehicle, but is not required to do so. The lessor in case of failure
compliance with the delivery of the vehicle, has the right to terminate the contract without any compensation if not the
refund of the rent and the deposit paid.
Penalties:

Pets – Pets cannot be transported in the camper, otherwise the lessor will withhold € 200.00 from the deposit.
Smoking in motorhomes – smoking is strictly prohibited in rental vehicles. In the event of non-compliance with the smoking ban, the lessor will charge the lessee € 350.00 for the treatment of the interior, as well as the costs of replacing covers,
curtains, etc.
Cleaning – The camper must be returned clean, for any subsequent extraordinary cleaning (for example oil spills or stains inside) a sum of € 200.00 will be charged.
The toilet black water tank must be emptied, otherwise the landlord will charge the sum of € 100.00
Fuel – The vehicle must be returned full of fuel, otherwise, in addition to the missing fuel, there will be a charge of € 30.00
In case of late return, the renter will be charged €50.00 for each additional hour.
